TownePlace Suites by Marriott Austin Parmer/Tech Ridge

My stay at this property was great. The staff is superb. I met the Director of Sales, Kathy, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The front desk and cleaning staff were excellent too. The breakfast is fine , however it’s the same breakfast daily. The room was spacious and extremely well kept. The pool is clean and had the right temperature daily. I would highly recommend this property.

Nice to stay. They have charged parking. Complimentary breakfast is good but not very good. You can make waffles, if you are a fan. There is a gym and outdoor pool

Location is close to restaurants, rooms are clean, and staff is friendly. For 2 weeks, one of the hotel dryers was down for maintenance. Seianna at the front desk helped me out with scheduling my clothes to dry in their own dryer and notified me when clothes would be done. This was done for multiple guests while doing her front desk work. I will be staying here next time for work.

We stayed four nights at this hotel and had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly, but we must give a shout out to LISA at the front desk. She remembered our names and always greeted us when ever she saw us! Always, made us feel welcomed and cared for while we were there. She is the best front desk person we have ever experienced and we travel frequently. Thanks LISA and team for a great stay!

Stayed here for 3 weeks and had an amazing time. Was more than just a place to lay my head at night. The kitchenette saved me moneyby enabling me to cook whole meals for myself. The gym was adequate enough to get in good workouts. The location is central to both downtown Austin and Pflugerville/Round Rock so getting isn't an issue, even during rush hour. The staff resolved issues I had promptly and did it the 1st time. My only downside is that their water feels oily. It's probably from the softener they use. Other than than, I greatly enjoyed my stay here.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at your establishment for the weekend Chess tournament finals. We found the rooms to be quite clean and the location was certainly convenient for the event. However, we were a little disappointed with the breakfast offerings, as the options were somewhat limited. We were also surprised to find a $4 charge for parking, especially since a significant portion of the parking lot appeared to be empty; we're not entirely clear on the reasoning for this additional cost. Finally, we must mention that the extra pull-out bed was rather uncomfortable, feeling as though one were sleeping directly on springs without adequate cushioning.

Rooms are nice and cozy, location is perfect and a tid away from the highway so perfect to avoid the highway noises. But Lisa made this stay exceptional. Her attention to details calmness and peacefulness made me feel welcome and well taking care of.

We checked in with Madison at the front desk. The hotel was nearly booked and we didn't have reservations we were meeting up with family that were staying at the hotel. Madison was able to re- establish my Marriott membership and get us a room. Madison was pleasant to deal with and helpful. As a whole the hotel was in pretty good shape the lobby and hallways and room were clean. We will definitely stay here again.Kudos to Madison!
